Located in Zadelsdorf, this 50 sqm vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine, high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, private television, and self check-in for your convenience. The property features a private grill and private covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Outside, you can enjoy the shared garden area and access to a shared sauna that operates with coins and can be locked for privacy during use. The property is conveniently located near both public transportation and the beach.
Parking is available in the street, and 1 pet is allowed with multiple dogs possible upon request. Events are not permitted on the property. Please note there is video recording in common areas near the snack vending machine.
Laundry facilities with shared washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee at the vacation village, along with a snack and beverage vending machine and an electric car charging station. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented, and a linen package is available for an extra fee per person per stay. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
