About this house rental
This cosy 250 m² pool house is located on 3500 m² of natural grounds, where there is an outdoor hot tub, swings and a sandpit for the children. The house was built in 2009 and is approximately 2 km from the roaring North Sea. In the lovely pool room, the whole family can enjoy themselves in the large pool, on the water slide or in the sunken hot tub. And out on the terrace is a large 7-person hot tub that can be enjoyed all year round. The enclosed terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. The luxury house has 3 bathrooms with toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating. A heat pump and the cosy pellet stove heat the house. The pool house has 18 beds: 4 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds each, and 1 room with 2 single beds. 2 pets are allowed. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED There is no TV2 channel or pay channels in the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
