Welcome to Brankin Mill, a modern and stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house situated in Darlington, just a short dive away from Durham. This inviting property features a spacious living area making it perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just an 8-minute walk away. Darlington offers a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and activities such as The Dolphin Centre which is a leisure centre and The Vue Cinema. Durham City Centre is also only a 30 minute drive away and here you can find a huge variation of eateries and activities.
The property comprises of an entrance hall leading to the lounge and kitchen. The lounge area has two large, comfortable sofas and a Freeview TV. Following, the kitchen area includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a back door in the kitchen which leads out to the back yard.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay.
The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.
Whether for a short break or longer stay, Brankin Mill provides a warm and relaxing environment to make your visit memorable.
There is a driveway at the front of the property which is suitable for one car. Any additional cars will need to use the on street parking.
Please note a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay at this property at an additional charge of £25 per pet for the duration of your stay.
