Tucked at the foot of the Jochberg slopes, this warm and welcoming ground-floor apartment is a dream base for up to six guests perfect for anyone who wants to wake up, step outside, and glide straight onto the snow. With the Kitzbühel ski area right on your doorstep, adventure begins the moment you put on your boots. When the snow fades, the same mountains open up to a world of hiking and biking trails, from the sparkling Sintersbach Waterfall to the scenic paths around Pass Thurn. Inside, the apartment blends modern comfort with a relaxed alpine charm. The spacious open kitchen and living area invite you to gather after a day outdoors share stories over dinner at the large table, or unwind on the sofa with a favorite show on the satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking effortless, featuring an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Two cozy bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep one with a soft double bed, the other with two singles and the living area offers an additional double sofa bed for extra guests. The bathroom comes with a bath, shower, and everything you need to refresh after a long day in the mountains. Step out onto your private terrace and breathe in the crisp alpine air while enjoying the peaceful mountain backdrop. Guests also have access to shared ski storage with boot heaters, bicycle storage for summer explorers, and even a charging post for electric cars. Whether you come for powdery slopes or blooming alpine meadows, this apartment offers comfort, convenience, and a front-row seat to Jochberg’s natural beauty.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
