The house was plenty of room for 3 adult couples. The rooms are large enough for unpacking and hanging out if you need to. We were a little confused as there are 2 rooms that were locked and we weren't sure where they lead because the lights were on but turned off a while later. We think there is still a business being ran out of those 2 rooms. In addition, there is actually only 1 shower so that was a little challenging but not a deal breaker for the house. There is 1.5 restrooms.
We didn't have any cooking utensils however as soon I called the management they had some utensils delivered within the hour. Great customer service. Had plenty of dishes and cooking pans.
The house was in a great location. The parking was a breeze. We felt safe even though it was a busy street. The bonus was finding out there was a museum of Elvis Presley's family apartment across the street.
The old law books and large conference table made it a perfect background for our family breakfast. Really enjoyed that.
The house didn't feel clean. I mean it wasn't dirty but the floors were really dirty and the doors are also very dirty. The bedding was nice and clean but the floors and doors just didn't feel or look clean.
The trash can bags for the kitchen were too small and so we struggled getting them on can and used a lot just for out trash.
There also wasn't a dish towel/sponge for washing dishes.
None of these things made me regret renting the house just some things that would really help the house.
