Location superb. Although in the city centre, the hotel is in a very quiet street, mainly used by cyclists. The hotel itself is well insulated and sound proofed so that there is no disturbance from other guests.
The lighting in the room and in the bathroom is inadequate. Although this was a King Double Room, there was only one armchair. The large room mirror was exactly opposite the large window at the other end, hence one could only see one's shadowy outline in it.

The location was perfect. All the sights in Koblenz are within walking distance. During our stay we used the location as a base for day trips into the Rhine and Mosel valleys. The staff was helpful and friendly. But the tourist information center is directly across the street with a lot of helpful staff and advice as well. The breakfast at the hotel was good with plenty of options for a multi-night stay.
Did not like the rooms modern aesthetic or the lay out with the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. But that's not a reflection on the cleanliness or quality just personal preference. Also, would really prefer coffee/tea maker and a minifridge in the room. Not sure if those options were available in other rooms.

Location was good
Breakfast was terrible, very little to choose from , coffee machine was empty, no milk for cereal , worst breakfast we had in two weeks travelling Germany
