Perfectly positioned beside the Wagstätt gondola, it offers true ski-in/ski-out access to the world-renowned Kitzbühel ski area. In just minutes, the 3S cable car whisks you to the legendary Hahnenkamm or further toward the scenic Pass Thurn.

When the snow melts, the surroundings transform into a hiker’s paradise. Discover lush alpine meadows, the thundering Sintersbach Waterfall, and the breathtaking Jochberg High Trail — all waiting just beyond your balcony.

Inside, the apartment combines Tyrolean charm with modern comfort. Sunlight pours through large windows, warming the light wood furnishings and cozy country-house details. The living and dining area features a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), satellite TV, and a dining table — perfect for relaxed evenings after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic hob with two electric rings, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle — everything you need for a homely meal in the mountains.

The inviting bedroom offers a restful double bed, while the bathroom provides a refreshing shower, washbasin, hairdryer, and a separate toilet. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the crisp alpine air and panoramic views.

Guests also enjoy thoughtful amenities like shared ski storage with boot heaters, a bicycle storage room, and an electric car charging post. Downstairs, the on-site sports shop offers a 10% discount on ski gear and 15% off bike rentals. Free parking completes the experience.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
