Location and some of the facilities. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a laundry room, a balcony with a beautiful view, and a bathroom. The rooms are spacious, the laundry room is also a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, two washbasins, and a washing machine. There is no clothes dryer but you don’t need it in that climate; there is a clothes tender in the balcony. The kitchen has pots and pans and an oven, but no microwave. There is no ice cube tray in the fridge.

It was difficult to find it. To get the key we had to make a phone call (to an Italian number), and somebody brought them to us promptly, and gave us detailed instructions, but we didn’t feel that person was very welcoming. We found it difficult to communicate with the property through the app, some messages bounced.

De heerlijke grote ruimte die we tot beschikking hadden was perfect, ruim veel licht en modern. Het penthouse heeft een mega mooi groot terras met eettafel en ligbedden en een zitje. Bedden en douche uitstekend

Struttura in posizione strategica!! A due passi dalla stazione e a 400 metri dal mare. Pulita e molto confortevole. Merita veramente!!

The location was very good - just on the edge of town with easy access to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Right next to the train station. The property is very big and modern, and clean on arrival.

Despite providing the requested hour's notice of our arrival time, our host was not there to meet us and told us we'd have to wait 30 mins. When he did arrive check in was perfunctory. Although big, the property is not well equipped, there is very little storage other than wardrobes, the kitchen was missing key equipment, and there are very few conveniently placed sockets. Despite clearly being quite new, it could do with some maintenance - the shower sprays everywhere and there is evidence of damp in some rooms.
