Die Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen, die wir aufgrund der Beschreibung erwarten durften. Die Ausstattung macht einen neuwertigen Eindruck, alles funktioniert wie erwartet ohne Einschränkungen, ob Warmwasser, Elektogräte in der Küche, WLAN usw. alles perfekt. Der Ausbilick vom Balkon ist am Tage und in den Nachtstunden wirklich eindrucksvoll, der Balkon war bei den Aufenthalten in der Wohnung der Lieblingsplatz. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern über die Nachrichtenfunktion war super freundlich und nett. Wenn es noch eine Tram-Sation im unmittelbaren Umkreis gäbe, wäre das perfekt.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement op de twaalfde verdieping. We konden niet genoeg krijgen van de prachtige uitzichten: het zicht op zee (met een prachtige zonsondergang) en de skyline van Oostende van op het terras, en ook het zicht op de zonsopgang vanuit de slaapkamer. Het appartement is exact zoals op de foto’s, quasi volledig vernieuwd en erg comfortabel. Het is een ideale uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes naar Oostende, Bredene en De Haan. De communicatie met eigenares Elaiza was heel aangenaam en ook de grote flexibiliteit qua tijdstip voor check-in en check-out hebben we erg gewaardeerd!!
