Great location. Wonderful apartment that is tastefully decorated. The host thought through every need of the guests and organized everything one would need. The host is very friendly, polite, courteous, and super fast with her responses. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean, and spacious for 6 people to stay comfortably. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with good ventilation and natural light. The apartment is just at the foot of a hill and lot of trees around. The Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, several pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator, oven etc. Coffee pods, salt, sugar, and Olive oil are also provided. The apartment has good WiFi connection, a smart television, washer, and dryer. Dishwasher pods and detergent to wash clothes are also provided. This is one of the few places I have ever stayed that has a Fire extinguisher and a Carbon monoxide alarm inside the apartment. There is a nice balcony with the street view. Many board games and books are available in the flat. The sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable. Bathroom is also quite spacious. Bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo etc. are all provided. There are a few grocery stores and cafes in the nearby neighborhood.

There's only one pedestal fan (ventilator) in the apartment. It got hot in the night during our stay and was a little difficult to sleep. However, the host ordered extra fans already after our feedback. Opening the windows in the night might bring mosquitoes in. Good additions to this very nice apartment would be: exhaust fan in the bathroom and a microwave oven (if possible) in the kitchen. The host already took this feedback and is working on it.
