Less than ten minutes walk to the village center. Very good price for a spacious apartment with good facility. We can see Santa Maddalena Church from our balcony. Access to S. Maddalena church is easy because the apartment located near the entrance ; though you need some energy to walk up the hills to the church ( car is not allowed unless you choose to stay at some apartments up the hills ) . S. John Church is 800 metres up hill along the road ( 5 minutes drive but you need to pay 5 euro for parking , after 6pm. parking is free ) If you,'re looking for some good scenery and quiet neighborhood, Fermeda is a very good choice.

Muy buen trato por parte del personal, nos hicieron un cambio a una habitación mejor sin coste adicional, nos preguntaron por las rutas cercanas que teniamos planeadas y nos dieron un mapa recomendando las mejores rutas que hacer por la zona. Recomendable para la zona de Santa Magdalena
