Roosendaal City Apartment

De locatie was goed in een levendige omgeving, waar veel horeca en oude gebouwen zich bevonden.

De hele lange trap naar boven naar de 2e etage en de tv had geen zenders. Ook de ruimte (Molenstraat 52b) was niet groot; ooit 60m², maar door splitsing van het appartement is de ruimte 40m² (ook volgens het kadaster). Het uitzicht was ook niet veel; een parkeerplaats en wat woongebouwen. Tevens was er geen balkon en de douche was oude stijl (aparte heet en koud water kranen) met een doche gordijn Ook 130 Euro per nacht is wat te veel voor zo'n verblijf.

A spacious and bright apartment, with functioning heating and hot water, located close to a train station and a supermarket (convenient if using the town as a hub for train travel in the area). The bed is large and comfortable. The fridge and gas stove worked. Wifi password was available upon request. (No idea about the TV or anything else electric.)

The place has lots of potential but some more work is needed to reveal it. For instance, a better job of dusting (windowsills, underneath the bed, various corners) and there was a lot of mould especially along the kitchen sink, around the shower tray and also on the bottom blinds in the bedroom. Also, a towel for the floor in the bathroom (bathroom mat) would have been nice as the tile floor is slippery when wet and we were only provided with two towels. A couple of reading lights (bedroom and / or living room) would have also been lovely.
