Madame Paula, who welcomed us at the property, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. A true gem. She mainly communicates in French, while the owner communicated well in English via messages. The apartment layout was very practical, especially for colleagues sharing the space, and the location was excellent, only a 2-minute walk to the tram with shops nearby in a lovely neighborhood.
The only real downside was the rather small toilet, although having it separate from the bathroom was practical. There was also some construction work happening in the kitchen/living room area on the balcony sides during the day (being renovated), but since we were mostly out, it did not bother us much.

Fabulous spacious apartment. Easy check in. Close to metro and supermarket. Brilliant chic area, very very safe. We lived walking around the area.
The workers were working on the balcony right outside the living area and the entire kitchen and living area smelt of plaster dust. However we were informed that the scaffolding was going to be there and blocked views so that was fine but it was just unfortunate timing for us.

Location is great near a lot of shops, groceries and places to eat. It’s very quiet. The place was big with all appliances you need. We had a very nice welcome and got everything explained.
