Location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. I like that it is pet friendly.
The door was broken and it took my family an hour of trying to call numerous different numbers for Vacasa/Casanova and kept getting the runaround before we were finally able to get into the room. I really felt a small discount should have been offered for this extreme inconvenience.
The headboards and beds were VERY squeaky, so sleep was interrupted anytime someone moved, and really annoying to hear all night. The listing said the unit has a full kitchen but it only has a small fridge and microwave. The toilet barely flushed, toilet paper did not want to go down and it looked like it was going to overflow every flush.
