The location was amazing: close to everything in the center of Bologna. Many cafes and restaurants all around. And of course many places to visit. The appartement is beautiful, clean

The wifi didn't work. The apartment is listed as having three beds - a sofa bed plus a single and double bed in the bedroom. So I requested two beds be made up ahead of arrival. No reply from the host. We arrived to find only one bed (no single, no sofa bed at clearly listed by the host as available).. I contacted the host, who sent me the.most incredibly abusive message claiming I was complaining to extort a partial refund (which I had not asked for). He gaslit me, claiming it was.clear there was only bed. He also said the wifi was.fine, and my claim that it wasn't was part of my effort to extort him. One of us slept on the couch without a sheet. Booking.com issued us àn unasked for refund as compensation.
