Apartment 5 war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bestens. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern ließen sich verdunkeln. Und das Highlight ist definitiv die Dachterrasse, wenn auch eher etwas für warme Sommernächte.
Die Sauberkeit des Bodens im Apartment und die Armaturen im Bad entsprachen leider nicht dem Anspruch dieses schicken Apartments. Auf Grund der angrenzenden Straße und der Kirchenuhr, sowie von Bauarbeiten an den Nachbarhäusern muss man mit Lärmbelästigung rechnen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment, zentrale Lage mit zusätzlichem Gemeinschaftsraum im Untergeschoss, ideal für Gruppen! Gartenzugang! WLAN! TV Smart (Youtube, etc.) und sehr nette und zuvorkommende Eigentümer!

Die Unterkunft ist 1a. Sauberkeit außergewöhnlich. Lage sehr zentral. Parkplatz in Warnemünde ein großes Plus. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zu toppen. Immer wieder gern. Danke !

Die Lage. Unkomplizierter Check-In
Die Sauberkeit! Auf allen Möbeln in der Unterkunft war Staub. Die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Flecken. Im Bad waren überall weiße Kalkrückstände, teilweise auch vom Reinigunsmittel, dass haben wir sogar selber nochmal geputzt, damit es sauber ist. Ebenso in der Küche. Das Spühlbecken war fast komplett weiß, durch Rückstände vom Reinigungsmittel. Der Kleine Schrank, wo die Weingläser etc. drin stehen ist komplett verstaubt mit dreckigen Gläsern. Für eine Selbstverpflegung war der Kühlschrank leider extrem klein.
