The main living area features a welcoming living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the south-facing balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture. The fully open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and connects seamlessly to the living space. On the lower ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each configured with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both rooms share access to a hand-basin. This floor also benefits from a private exit to the terrace.
