Please be aware that door heights throughout the property measure 175 cm. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, with a direct exit to the terrace. A shower and WC are also located on this floor, complemented by underfloor heating throughout.
The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and comprises 3 separate rooms, each with a door height of 175 cm.
