Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' residence, all-inclusive.

Living room with kitchen and lounge area (double sofa bed 140 x 175 cm, TV, piano),
cabin (double bed 160 cm, can be separated into two single beds),
shower room and separate WC.
- Attic floor:
Bedroom (double bed 160 cm, can be separated into two single beds),
Terrace with pergola and unfenced garden.
Outdoor Nordic bath and sauna to be installed in spring 2026. Massages from around the world available upon request by a professional.
PETS WELCOME UPON REQUEST. The farm school cottage is the perfect place for nature lovers. Decorated with original photographs by Christelle, a professional photographer, she can guide you in discovering her world, just a stone's throw from the GR 22 hiking trail and the national forest. Housed in a restored farmhouse, this property retains its old-world charm with carefully selected antique and patinated furnishings, creating a comfortable and modern living space. The farm school is one of the oldest agricultural establishments, founded in 1850. It is located 4 km from the medieval town of Domfront (with all shops and services) and 14 km from the spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne (offering treetop adventure courses, pedal boats, an indoor swimming pool, bicycle rentals, a casino, golf, and more).
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, garden, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, freezer, cleaning service, towels, bed linen, and heating.
