Nestled just 12 minutes from Sewanee and minutes from Franklin State Forest, this newly built modern 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home offers a peaceful retreat away from the university bustle. It comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom (featuring a spacious built-in closet with plenty of shelves and hanging space), a queen bed in the third bedroom (with dresser and closet), and two twin bunk beds in the second bedroom (sleeping four with a small dresser). Each bedroom includes nightstands, lamps, and a white noise machine for a restful night’s sleep. The spacious covered porch is ideal for unwinding in Adirondack chairs or grilling on the Weber BBQ. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, well organized and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet and convenient. The host was friendly, quick to respond and gave clear instructions.We would happily recommend this place to others.
