Les échanges et conseils du propriétaire, la propreté du logement, l'équipement du logement et les petites attentions (journaux, magazines, café, thé...)
Toujours difficile d'indiquer son avis sur les aspects qui nous ont paru moins favorables et j'espère ne froisser personne. Pour moi, la nuit a été compliquée dans la chambre la plus proche de la cuisine et de l'avenue. Le bruit des véhicules était vraiment présent d'autant que les conducteurs semblaient prendre un certain plaisir à faire vrombir leurs moteurs entre 23h et 3h (c'était un samedi soir). Et le matelas n'était pas des plus confortables mais cela peut être lié en partie à ma forte corpulence. En revanche dans la seconde chambre ma fille a très bien dormi,

L’accueil, la personne disponible, l’appartement certes ancien mais très propre et fonctionnel
Trouver une place gratuite pour la voiture, mais heureusement une rue derrière le logement il y avait toujours des places.
