Central City Apartment for 8 in Hamburg

We stayed in this amazing apartment for four days and could not be happier. The entire place was absolutely wonderful, clean, and perfectly located in the city center. We had a fantastic experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself was very nice — it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely excellent, truly one of the best aspects of this place.

However, the communication and check-in process were disappointing. I tried to reach out in advance to arrange a solution so I wouldn’t have to walk around with my luggage for hours before my flight, but I did not receive any response. While they were responsive to other matters, they were not helpful regarding early luggage drop-off and did not offer any flexibility. As a result, I had to spend around 7 hours outside with my luggage before my flight, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the requirement to submit personal information such as passport details through an external link felt uncomfortable and raised some concerns about security and privacy. Overall, the apartment itself is great, but better communication and more guest-oriented support—especially regarding check-in and luggage handling—would significantly improve the experience.
