Le confort, le parking, la proximité des commerces, la grandeur du logement

The bedroom and living room are very spacious and newly furnished. The interior had a nice cozy vibe. When a tap needed replacing, it was organised very quickly.
The owner let us leave our luggage in the flat a few hours before checking in, which was a nice perk and saved us having to find and pay for a locker.
Getting in and checking out was smooth.
There was no wifi, which was inconvenient and frankly strange in 2026.
Some minor things need replacing or fixing, e.g. the extractor didn’t work in the bathroom, we always struggled to open the window in the living room, and the capsules sometimes got stuck in the coffee machine. The bathroom wasn’t equipped with the usual toiletries, e.g. no shower gel, soap was running out, just one roll of toilet paper left. These are all small things, but added up, it felt like the property is a little neglected.
Overall, the property has just a few small windows, so it was a little dark.

Bien situé, très propre (sauf hall d’entrée, mais fait partie de communs, donc pas à cause du personnel directement)
Il faut juste savoir qu’il n’y a pas de wifi.
Pas grave dans mon cas.
Matelas assez durs (il faut aimer) et bonne literie très propre

La proximité du stationnement et des commerces
Stationnement dans la cour près de l'appartement très pratique mais il faut juste précisé l'emplacement exacte car rue passagère avec le tramway il est compliqué de se garer du côté du logement afin de trouver celui ci et être sûr de se garer au bon endroit.
La precision de la localisation de l'appartement car le GPS donne les appartements sur le bord de la rue et non dans la cour
