La disponibilité du propriétaire par messages et les instructions pour avoir les clés. Malgré l'apparence des corridors, les suites sont vraiment magnifiques! Il y a des biscuits et des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. La télévision est immense et moderne ;). La propreté est parfaite et il y a des places de parc dans la rue.
L'insonorisation des portes est faible mais supportable. La douche au plafond ne fonctionne pas.
