Direct access to a large balcony of 12 m2 is available from the living area, offering beautiful views of the lake, the garden, the resort, and the surrounding forest. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. A small kitchen is situated in the entrance area and is equipped with a mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a grill, and an electric capsule coffee machine.
