Świetna lokalizacja, samo centrum Varazze. Dogodne warunki zameldowania. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Plus za kosmetyki i chemię do prania. Na wyposażeniu żelazko i suszarka.
Pościel jest ogromnym minusem tego mieszkania nie było poszewek na kołdry, a ta pościel która była, była wyjątkowo stara i inna na każdym łożku. Apartament dla 6 osób ale po wykąpaniu się 3 zaczyna lecieć zimna woda. Brud na klatce schodowej( sierść psa w dużej ilości prawdopodobnie z innego mieszkania ) , mieszkanie wymaga odmalowania - ściany są mocno zabrudzone szczególnie w kuchni. Nie działała zmywarka i nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani ani nie zostało to w żaden sposób zrekompensowane.
