Studio Flüm, Pontresina In the Chesa Misaun A retreat for 1 to 2 people on approx. 44m² Consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room and bedroom as well as a small bathroom. - Sleeping area with new and cosy double bed - Living area with new sofa, reading chair and TV - Kitchenette with new equipment (crockery, pots etc.) as well as a fully automatic coffee machine and milk frother - Spacious dining area consisting of a corner bench and round table - Anteroom with wardrobe and cupboards - Bathroom with bathtub - Garden seating area with unique view of the mountains and the Flaz (river) - NO car park - access to the house in winter only with 4x4 (unloading zone) - Direct access to the Pontresina cross-country ski trail - In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). The Studio Flüme has its very own charm. Please note that this is a kitchenette without dishwasher and oven. However, an Airfryer offers an uncomplicated alternative to the oven. The kitchen will be equipped with new crockery and kitchen utensils this autumn. There is also a bath in the bathroom. Getting into this bathtub requires some mobility. A small access aid is available. Note on the conversion plans: In 2026, we are planning a comprehensive renovation in which the studio will be converted into a 2-room flat with a new bathroom and kitchen. Travelling by public transport Location and arrival - Quiet location: The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a cul-de-sac, directly by the river. - Access: A steep, 30 metre long driveway leads to the house. Snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle are recommended in winter. - Public transport: The bus stop "Sportpavillon" is only 500 metres away, the train station 1.5 km. - Important: There is no lift in the house and it is reached by stairs. Facilities and infrastructure - In the house: There is central heating as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used for a fee. - Shopping facilities: A supermarket and a bakery are 1.3 km away. - Leisure: Restaurants, cafés, an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, ice rink and a playground are all within a radius of 500 to 1,000 metres. Activities in the surrounding area - Hiking and cycling: Hiking trails start directly at the house and a cycle path is only 500 metres away. Popular hiking areas such as the Stazerwald, Muottas Muragl, Val Roseg and Val Morteratsch are within easy reach. - Water sports: Lake St. Moritz is 6 km away, Lake Silvaplana 12 km and Lake Sils 16 km. - Winter sports: The cross-country ski trail is only 200 metres away. Ski lifts and ski schools are also nearby. Popular ski areas such as Corviglia Piz Nair, Corvatsch - Furtschellas and Diavolezza - Lagalb are within easy reach. - Further activities: Nearby attractions include a golf course, a riding school, a museum and a show dairy. The Bernina Express is also a well-known attraction.
