Discover the charm of this flat, ideally located in Surzur at the entrance to Brittany's Presqu'île de Rhuys, perfect for two people looking to escape to a peaceful and welcoming setting. Designed to offer comfort and privacy, this space is ideal for those wishing to explore the wonders of the region while enjoying the comfort and privacy of this cosy nest to relax in. The flat's immediate surroundings plunge you into the heart of Brittany, with the Golfe du Morbihan and its majestic coves and islands, the Presqu'île de Rhuys, the Château de Suscino in Sarzeau, and the town of Vannes, famous for its port, ramparts and historic quarter. An immersion in the cultural and natural wealth of our beautiful region awaits you. Our accommodation, awarded 2 stars and 3 "épis" by Gîtes de France, promises a comfortable stay thanks to its single-storey layout. It comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lounge area for relaxing, and an open-plan bedroom with a 160cm bed. A separate WC gives access to a bathroom with shower. Outside, the flat extends onto a terrace equipped with a high-quality PRIVATE Balneotherapy SPA, which is accessible depending on weather conditions and complies with specific regulations, which can be viewed in our photo gallery. You can also take advantage of our garden furniture and pergola to enjoy the outdoors to the full, whatever the season. For an even more rewarding experience, our homemade breakfasts using local produce are available from October to May (excluding local school holidays, and by reservation the rest of the year). Bed linen, towels, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the booking. Our accommodation is entirely reserved for you and has a private car park. Instructions on how to access the car park will be given to you the day before your arrival.
