Discover your Baltic Sea soul: a sustainable organic wooden holiday home in the picturesque Klützer Winkel, just a few kilometres from the sea. Situated on the edge of the Pariner Feldflur, it offers an unobstructed view of the forest and meadows - without through traffic, without hustle and bustle. Ideal for anyone who wants to combine proximity to the coast with genuine tranquillity. A haven of peace close to the sea.
The solid wood house with clay interior walls, heated by regional biomass, creates a cosy living environment. Three cosy bedrooms, furnished with sleep-promoting Swiss stone pine beds, two bathrooms on the ground floor and an additional small bathroom on the upper floor ensure relaxed comfort. The generously equipped kitchen with a view of the greenery leaves nothing to be desired. Smart TV and functioning fibre optic WLAN are a matter of course.
The terrace has a wicker beach chair, garden furniture and a fireplace made of field stones - perfect for long evenings under the stars. The spacious and lovingly designed garden invites you to linger outdoors.
The gentle hilly landscape all around invites you to go hiking, cycling, swimming and forest bathing. There are sauna and swimming facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Guests of our holiday home are welcome to use the beautiful natural swimming pond with a 25‑meter swimming lane, which belongs to Gutshaus Parin and is located approximately 150 meters from your vacation accommodation. Use of the swimming pond is free of charge and available year‑round.
Additional sauna and outdoor swimming facilities are also available nearby.
Breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed at any time of year on the beaches between Boltenhagen and Priwall. The towns of Lübeck and Wismar are well worth a visit and invite you to take a stroll and do some shopping.
