A traditional holiday home located in a residential area of Vaison‑la‑Romaine, a medieval town in the heart of Provence. The authentic and lively town centre is only a ten‑minute walk away (1.5 km), with its beautiful shaded squares, shopping streets, cafés and restaurants. The Mediterranean garden will delight nature lovers, with olive trees, Mediterranean flowers and a 10 × 5 metre swimming pool, up to 2 metres deep and secured. Parasols and sun loungers are available for relaxing in the sun on the south‑facing terrace or in the shade under a tiled roof. In the evening, you can grill your favourite dishes on the plancha. Garden and pool maintenance are carried out by professionals. The spacious house, pleasantly cool in summer and tastefully furnished, offers 210 m² of living space and comfortably accommodates eight adults and one small child. On the ground floor is a large living room with a library and reading corner, two comfortable sofas arranged around a decorative fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo hi‑fi system. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob and features a charming rustic dining area. Upstairs, the four spacious and bright bedrooms offer beautiful views. At night, mosquito nets will protect your sleep while you listen to the sound of crickets. Two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 140 cm and 160 cm wide. The other two bedrooms each have 180 × 200 cm double beds, which can also be set up as two single beds (90 × 200 cm) according to your preference. Appropriate bed linen is provided. A baby cot is available on request. Of the two bathrooms, one features a shower, a bathtub, double washbasin and a hairdryer, as well as a separate WC. The second bathroom is en suite and includes a walk‑in shower, WC, washbasin unit and hairdryer. For your comfort, the ground floor also includes a spacious entrance hall, a separate WC with washbasin and a laundry room next to the kitchen equipped with a washing machine.
