About this house rental

Stay comfortably in Swansea at this 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a variety of guests. With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and bathtub, your stay will be both beautiful and tranquil. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. We are looking for traveling nurses and business professionals who are looking for a quick 20 minute drive to downtown Columbia or somewhere near. We would prefer someone who could stay anywhere from 15 days to six months at a time and possibly longer.

This is currently a small working farm with live animals. If something changes with that circumstance, the listing will be updated. As of now, there are goats and chickens here on the farm as well as vegetables and fruit that are being grown.
