Chalet Notre Paradis is a 300m² chalet nestled in the Bouchet Valley, facing the Pointe Percée. This fully renovated farmhouse offers tranquility and wide open spaces in a haven close to nature. The chalet has three bedrooms and a mezzanine. Location: - 3.5 km from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 3.1 km from the downhill ski slopes - 50 m from the cross-country ski trails - 300 m from the free shuttle stop. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (€100). Parking is available in an outdoor lot and a garage. Cleaning is included, excluding kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, taking out the trash, tidying the accommodation (and folding the sheets). Towels and bed linen are included, and beds are made upon arrival. In winter, a snow-equipped vehicle is recommended. The access road is steep for the last 50 meters. Arrival from 4:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency for the payment of mandatory tourist taxes. * Kitchen: Separate kitchen. Kitchen equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fondue set, raclette grill, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker. Bedroom 1: 19 m², 1 double bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom/shower room. Bedroom 2: 15 m², 1 double bed. Bedroom 3: 15 m², 1 double bed. Bedroom 4: 16 m², 1 double bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom/shower room. Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with 1 shower, at least 1 shower. Toilets: 2 separate toilets, 1 toilet in a bathroom.
