la casa gode di una posizione logistica buona (vicino la fermata dell' autobus) un punto di forza lo spazio esterno immerso nel verde piacevole per rilassarsi
Ci sono state carenze nei servizi proposti mancano elementi di base come tazze da colazione coperte adeguate alla stagione primaverile , anche la gestione della raccolta differenziata non è ben organizzata data l 'assenza di cestini sufficienti dentro casa . i bagni risultano poco funzionali uno scarico del wc non funzionava correttamente e mancava tappeto doccia ( per non bagnare) pavimento , il materasso del divano letto no adatto ad ospitare 2 adulti.
