The apartment was large, the beds were comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great. Keane was pleasant at the front desk. The beds looked clean.
It took us 1 hour to get in touch with the owner to get in the place. Although bookings said it was ready at 3pm we were told it wasn’t clean or ready until almost 6.pm. The apartment had a very unwelcoming smell (wet dog?), Kitchen cookware was filthy, dishwasher was broken, someone’s old eyelashes were on the bathroom counter, the owner never replied to my concerns.
