Derby- Bourbon Trail 4BR Pool Table Villa

Beautiful home which was very clean, well decorated, a lot of space, very comfortable beds, loved the upstairs bathroom, good location right next to freeway with a beautiful staircase. A charming home with nice upgrades! You can tell a good amount of money has went into the home. We liked the Keurig, upgraded utilities, there were games to play, the pool table. Good family time spent. The fire station is only a few doors down. Access to washer and dryer. We would definitely return.

Neighbor was in a more poor area, seemed unsafe at night. Nothing happened though. You can tell that the neighborhood is going through a transition with other homes being upgraded and making improvements to the community. Only parking for two cars on the street total as the homes don't have driveways, but able to park in front of the home. Could upgrade to more comfortable couches. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.
