Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

It's fine. Pretty small and the floors are really creaky. The base board heater in the bathroom was a little unpredictable. The cleaning lady was still there at time of check in, so we had to wait another hour. Also, there were a lot of long black hairs in some of the bedding/ rug (probably from the cleaning lady. The fold out couch is a joke and you should really only book this place if you're a couple willing to share the one bed.Despite all that the location is excellent. Gondola, main street, bars, and restaurants all within short walking distance. Easily the best attribute.
