The house itself is a charming sight with its classic wooden façade. It is well-appointed for a family of six, offering 69 square meters of space with three comfortable bedrooms: two featuring a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a dedicated annex and an indoor orangery, adding flexible spaces for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The bathroom features a washing machine, WC, wash basin, a bath tub, and a shower. A TV is provided in the living room for entertainment. Outdoor living is exceptional here. You can follow the sun from morning to evening across the large wooden terrace and open/covered terraces surrounding the house. The beautiful orangery offers a sheltered spot to enjoy the rest of the evening. Comfort is ensured year-round with electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
