Hidden behind fences and large, beautiful trees, this well-maintained holiday home offers pure relaxation and an ideal setting for creating future holiday memories at Kongsmark Strand. The area is truly lovely, defined by quiet roads winding between lush nature and the popular Kongsmark Strand. From the house, you are just a short 300-meter walk from the water’s edge, making an early dip or a long day of sunbathing overlooking the Great Belt effortless. Evenings are dedicated to enjoying the most beautiful sunsets that Kongsmark Beach is known for. With a grocery store not far away (2.5 km), and a restaurant (2.0 km) and golf course (8 km) also nearby, convenience complements the tranquility. The house itself is a charming sight with its classic wooden façade. It is well-appointed for a family of six, offering 69 square meters of space with three comfortable bedrooms: two featuring a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a dedicated annex and an indoor orangery, adding flexible spaces for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. The bathroom features a washing machine, WC, wash basin, a bath tub, and a shower. A TV is provided in the living room for entertainment. Outdoor living is exceptional here. You can follow the sun from morning to evening across the large wooden terrace and open/covered terraces surrounding the house.
