Welcoming apartment with a simple and fast check-in process. The host seems responsive and replies quickly through the Booking.com app. Good location, relatively close to Boulevard de la Croisette and the Cannes Film Festival Palace. There is a hypermarket just a few steps away. Restaurants and cafés can be found everywhere around the area, which makes the stay convenient. Overall, the apartment can work well for a short stay, especially for 2 people.

The apartment is quite small and feels much more suitable for 2 people rather than 4, especially with luggage. There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Extra fees are charged for bedding and towels. Initially, I thought this fee was related to room service, but upon arrival there were no bed sheets on the bed, no towels, and no soap or shampoo provided. From what I remember, bedding for one bed was around €20 and the towel kit around €10 per person, which feels unusual since these are normally basic amenities included in the final price. It would be better if the final price already included bedding, towels, and basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. During the Film Festival period, after arriving late at night and speaking slightly louder while entering, a neighbor became very upset, knocked aggressively on the door, and rang the bell around 3 AM. Around the building entrance there were often homeless people with dogs staying nearby. There were no direct issues, but the atmosphere may feel uncomfortable for some tourists.
