De locatie. 2 minuten lopen van de Velo fietsen. Het ligt aan de rand van het centrum maar je kunt je auto een stuk verder buiten het centrum gratis parkeren en daar weet een Velo fiets oppikken om weer terug te fietsen. Albert Hein om de hoek voor een broodje s' morgens.
Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Geen magnetron/ kitchenette! Dat hoort toch in een studio!
Het bad mag wel poetsbeurt krijgen en een gordijn of wantje om achter te douchen.

The location is great (near metro/tram line and bicycle rent) and we got advice on free parking nearby. The communication was outstanding. Questions were answered very polite and immediate, and adequate, and the price was good.
Everything in the room was a bit old and so-so. The window didn't seem to open but after support we were instructed to use a LOT of force. I could open it, but my girlfriend couldn't. The shower had only 1 temperature (a bit too hot), bookshelve and towel rack were barely hanging on: we didn't dare using the towel rack, it was almost falling out. Nothing major that impacted our stay, but it was definitely in need of some maintenance.
