La struttura presenta tutti i confort utili per passare in serenità un ottimo soggiorno anche di sole 24ore. Mobilia nuova, look moderno e minimal sia nel soggiorno/cucina che in camera da letto, unita agli accessori per lo svago (SmartTV, play station, Wii fii) permettono di ottimizzare il passatempo, tra un giro per Piacenza (essendo vicino al centro città) e due chiacchiere sul comodo divano a penisola. I due locali wc/doccia e bagno dislocati uno per ogni piano, sono molto funzionali anche se piccoli di dimensioni.
La scala a chiocciola che collega il soggiorno (a piano terra) alla camera da letto (al piano -1), anche se funzionale, è l'unica via utilizzabile per scendere/salire verso/dalla camera da letto.
