The location was convenient for what I needed and the room was clean presentable.
The room was lacking some standard facilities, iron and ironing board, coat hangers and a TV. Also, the back garden had been used as a dumping ground for wasted building materials, which is unsightly and hazardous to health, ensuite was very confined, almost scraped myself a few times on part of the shower unit which sticks out.

Easy to find and access the property with information sent across.
It was very clean.
Great location.
Only one set of towels, Matt didn't answer the phone when we called about it, which we thought was quite rude and a rookie error.
Both taps are plumped in incorrectly, hot is cold and cold is hot.
If offering a kitchen, you need to provide table/bar and chairs to eat from.
No milk provided.
A large mirror would be good within the room for getting ready.
