New hotel. Good location. They accommodated one-hour early check-in. Coffee shop next door w 2 cups no extra charge.
$20 Parking charge. No other hotels in N Chuck charge for parking. No desk staff. Customer service all by text, seemed like AI bot to me. Obviously the word is out that the hotel has no night staff, as there was a loud party down the hall til 3m. Customer service did not address this or respond til 8am - too late.

The bed was super comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Love the shower! The water was hot and the rain shower head was nice.There is a coffee shop next door, and the hotel gives you free coffee coupons. It is within walking distance to the Holy City brewery, which is huge! It's down the road feom a cute shopping and food area, and it's not far from downtown Charleston. The free parking was very close to the hotel, so there is no need to pay the 20$ a night parking. I also liked the noise machine they had in the room.
Wish there was a small oscillating fan.
