Brand-New Luxury 2BR Dunbar Suite - Sleep 4 - Near UBC, Parks, Beaches & Shops

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Suite newly finished and very clean. Groceries, coffee shop and pharmacy very short walk away. Good parking. Picked for proximity to the UBC campus. Highly recommend!

Everything was so neat and clean and the mattresses were really comfortable, which is a rare thing to find even in hotels. Furthermore, it was a joy to live in a newly furnished place, we felt like we were the first guests to ever use it. Also liked that the check-in and out being really smooth. The instructions were clear and well thought of. Hosts were informative and responsive too! The neighborhood is magical! It's so peaceful and green, really gives a great feeling. We'd love to come back to Avery's place in our next trip to Vancouver.

Parking in the street was a challenge but the instructions mentioned it already. There was only one toilet paper roll for 3 nights and 4 people but this might have been just an oversight. It was quickly fixed when we reached out to the hosts.

Excellent all around; location, comfort, cleanliness, spacious, ease of access, great parking in front of the rental and very reasonable price. Host was timely and attentive when required. Great choice for both short and longer visits. Would definitely stay here again!

Only suggestion is a couple more kitchen items (ie small pots, a couple of serving bowls, can opener). The rest was very thoughtfully planned for guest comfort and convenience. Thank you!
