Liverpool Hatton Garden 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments - WiFi & Secure Parking

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We found the beds very comfortable. Hard to find fault with it at all. Took a while to get the hang of how to get in and out with key fob for gate and doors but soon got the hang of it after Helen (our host) managed to talk us through it. It is very central to all amenities and we were able to walk everywhere from the docks, Matthew Street and Walker Art Gallery. We even managed a trip to Speke Hall on the way home. There are places to eat less than five minutes away, if you don’t want to walk too far. We ordered and collected a take out meal from a Lebanese restaurant in Hatton Garden one night. I also came home and realised I had left my hearing aids on charge in the bedroom. They were very kindly forwarded on to me which was such a relief. I have kind of fallen in love with Liverpool.

Little difficult negotiating the parking as in different road to apartment entrance. Little confusing collecting key fob as had a Booking.com app, a (previously downloaded) portal and hosts email addresses. The code to collect key fob from shop was sent to Booking.com app but I couldn’t find it and neither could young man in shop. Host rang back with code though so all was well in the end. I think a younger person may have found it much easier but I would prefer just to correspond by personal email.

Comfy queen size bed. Clean, modern, newly decorated. Everything we needed. Convenient area for museums, Albert Docks. Lots to see. The secure parking was great. We had a bad start but our stay here was very good.

Instructions to keep Bathroom doors closed to prevent building evacuation! We found a ventilation switch in the cupboard eventually but no user instructions. Sofa bed wasn't very comfy to sit on but then again, it was a sofa bed - we sat on the extra pillows. We found finding the address extremely difficult. There is no building number 7 on Hatton Gardens. It's a modern, glass, 7 storey building accessed via a metal gate. Once you know that it's easy!! If you're parking a vehicle, make sure you use the correct lift - the one with the code you will be given.

Central location, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Great hairdryer and quality bedlinen.

Two sets of keys would have given our party more flexibility.
