The property has a modern business-style atmosphere. Located directly at a roundabout, there are plenty of convenient options nearby, including fast food, shawarma spots, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The gym is spacious, well equipped, and features high-quality Matrix machines. Al Reem is a very central location: around 15 minutes to the city center, 15 minutes to Saadiyat Island, and about 30 minutes to Yas Island. Parking is easy and largely unrestricted, although it can feel a bit confusing upon arrival due to limited signage.

We visited as leisure travelers, and the business-oriented atmosphere did not fully match our expectations. As a practical business stay, the location is likely very suitable. Unfortunately, there were no proper cups available—only plastic and synthetic tableware—which gave the kitchen a somewhat camping-like feel. The balcony is quite small and mainly suitable for drying laundry rather than relaxing. We were also unable to use the pool after 7:30 pm, which was not communicated to us in advance. This was important for us due to training reasons. Security informed us that management could impose a fine if we did not leave the pool. However, the staff themselves were very friendly and clearly just following regulations. In several areas, the building still appears unfinished and under construction. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and for business travelers it would likely rate around 8–9 points. For leisure travelers, however, there are noticeably more charming apartment options available at the same price level.

That was amazing experience as location is so great, appartment was very clean and comfortable, everything for nice moments and relax.
