Position, ease of check in and out, the silverware is very recent and also the home appliance, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was provided with small things like coffee filters, coffee, tea, rice and so on.
The place is very close to perfection but there are still some little things to fix: the overall cleaning was not perfect, there was quite some dust around, especially on the sofa, the tablecloth had glimpses. The building has 3 apartments so if there are 3 different guests one of the 3 has to sacrifice their parking a bit.
