The apartment is very close to ski area, by foot, so amazing position ( no need to go to the gondola ). Parking in front of the building ( but it was crowded during the weekend so we had to park up on the street ). Nice balcony with table and chairs ( we did not use them ). Enough storage space for your luggage and stuff. Quite comfortable for a few nights stay.

We had to pick up the keys from a hotel in the other part of the resort; the communication with the hotel before checking-in quite difficult ( I asked for info about internet, but I did not receive any ). When checking out, at the hotel, they did not give us the "guest card" ( we did not know about this card - nobody told us anything ) which we needed for exiting the Zillertal area so we had to call them many times to send us the card on e-mail ( they answered the phone in the end and sent us the card; otherwise, we would have had to pay around 35 euros ). If it is too crowded, you have to park up on the street so not in front of the building ( both pro and cons :) ). No ski and boots room ( we had to keep them in our car or inside the apartment ); it was not allowed to enter the building with boots, however, everybody wore boots inside and there were quite noisy in the morning when people left skiing. When we entered the apartment, it was pretty cold ( 17-18 degrees ); even though we turned the heater on in the room, you couldn't feel the nice feeling of being warm when returning after a cold ski day ( the heater in the bathroom was on, but not very efficient ). In the bathroom, even though it was clean, there was a pungent smell from the toilet. In the kitchen, everything was old and oily ( I had to wash a few plates, cutlery, pots and pans to be able to use them ). Definitely, it is needed some elbow grease to clean the kitchen. The bed is really, really small for 2 persons; we are not big :), but we didn't have a good sleep either. Internet was not properly working ( we used ours ); it was very unstable.
