L’appartamento era nuovo,pulito,centrale, tutto incredibile.

Spacious, warm and comfortable apartment. Great location close to centre and quiet. Fabulous stay.

A minor thing...a few more kitchen utensils would be great!

Ease of communication with the host. Requested early access for bags storage if not to the actual check-in. However, both were facilitated as we were able to meet the very efficient property cleaning team and the host was prepared to accommodate us

Nothing of any significance. As an elderly couple we would have preferred two graduated steps up to the front door instead a single high step in. But, we could see that that would have projected further in to the external ground

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights in the freshly renovated yellow apartment. Our host Filippe was very kind and provided good communication throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. A lot of attention was given to the comfort of the guest and the furnishings, lighting, and fixtures are of high quality. Location was conveniently situated in a residential area between the train station and pedestrian area of the old town. Modena makes a wonderful home base for many activities and day trips such as: Balsamic Vinegar tasting or tour, the Ferrari museums, factory, and track, Parma with its cheese farms tours, Cremona for the Stradivarius violin museum and performances, and Bologna. Filippo’s apartment is top notch and highly recommended!

If I need to mention an area of improvement it would be the inner courtyard could use a little sprucing up to be more welcoming, but it did not detract from our stay.
