House was amazing value for money, very cosy and in a great location. Literally a minute walk from the river and less than 5mins in an Uber into town. Great base for a stay in Preston, beds were comfy and we all slept well. Would come back and recommend, 4 of us stayed and there was plenty of room.
Would have loved some chairs to sit out on in the garden, maybe a recycling bin and a sponge to wash plates but overall pretty well equipped.
