This adorable and affordable, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ready for your next trip to North Myrtle Beach. This condo received a fresh makeover of new paint and new furniture, plus fresh bedding each season. The owner has remodeled the kitchen and everything is updated, from cabinets, to backsplash, countertops, even the kitchen sink! The owner has added a new Keurig, so pack your k-cups. There is a washer/dryer stackable in the unit. Both Bedrooms offer Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, with glass enclosure showers. There is a TV in each bedroom. Free Wifi (Spectrum Cable Select Package with the Golf Channel, Streaming applications such as Disney+ Basic, Peacock Premium, Max Basic, AMC, Paramount Essential, ViX, etc. Some applications may have ads.)
San-A-Bel features include an indoor pool with a glass wall and high ceilings create an atrium indoor pool, perfect for a rainy day. The fitness center has views upstairs over the indoor pool and through the glass wall, you can see the outdoor hot tub and the beach. There is an on-site grill area, too. As an added bonus, the owner offers use of their beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella (1) with boogie boards and some beach toys too.
The attached parking garage allows for covered parking. This central location gives easy walking access to a next door beachfront cafe (Molly Darcy's) for lunch or dinner, a giant tacky beach store for great souvenirs and an ice-cream and hot dog stand with sidewalk seating. There is an adventure theme mini-golf within a short, 3-block walk that the kids will LOVE!
